Company Bookings & Payment Terms


We can accept card payments for company bookings, as well as payment by bank transfer. Please ask for details regarding this at the time of booking.

Alternatively, we can issue an invoice for company bookings – we will require a purchase order number or reference at the time of the booking. Invoices will be issued on completion of the training. If the training takes place over a period of time then we will issue an invoice on the last day of each month.

Our standard terms for company bookings is for payment to be made within 30 days of the invoice date.   If payment is not made on time then we reserve the right to charge a late payment fee and interest at the statutory rate.




If a delegate cannot attend a tutor-led course then a substitute delegate may attend the same course at no additional cost.

Training appointments will be cancelled at short notice if any Covid-19 infections have been traced to our premises. Courses will also be cancelled if any of our staff experience any Covid-19 symptoms, including cold, sore throat and/or cough. If clients display symptoms during a training session then our staff will ask for a session to be abandoned and rescheduled to a later date.

Clients will be able to cancel booked appointments at short notice if they experience any Covid-19 symptoms. Cancellations must be made by 9.30am on the day of the course or training session. EC-PC will not be liable for any costs incurred due to cancellation.

We reserve the right to suspend user name and password access to this website if at any time we consider that there is or there is likely to be a breach of security.

We reserve the right (in our sole discretion) to require you to immediately change any or all passwords used by you in connection with this website.

You must inform us of any changes to the information you supply when registering for this website.

Users will be able to ask support questions to online tutors. EC-PC will not be liable for any loss caused by users relying or acting on or in accordance with answers supplied or advice given by our tutors.

Additionally, EC-PC will not be liable for any loss caused by users relying or acting on or in accordance with any of the content displayed within the website.

Users who subscribe to the website will be able to make online payment securely using PayPal. EC-PC guarantees the security of any such payment method and details submitted in connection therewith.

Although this site doesn’t use cookies, certain user detail (such as basic information like the IP address the user registers and logs-in from) is recorded. These details are recorded when users register and again when they log-in, for primarily security, but also statistical purposes.


If any of these terms and conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever by any court of competent jurisdiction then such terms or conditions shall be severed from these terms and conditions and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of Scotland and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
