We can accept card payments for company bookings, as well as payment by bank transfer. Please ask for details regarding this at the time of booking.
Alternatively, we can issue an invoice for company bookings – we will require a purchase order number or reference at the time of the booking. Invoices will be issued on completion of the training. If the training takes place over a period of time then we will issue an invoice on the last day of each month.
Our standard terms for company bookings is for payment to be made within 30 days of the invoice date. If payment is not made on time then we reserve the right to charge a late payment fee and interest at the statutory rate.
If a delegate cannot attend a tutor-led course then a substitute delegate may attend the same course at no additional cost.
Training appointments will be cancelled at short notice if any Covid-19 infections have been traced to our premises. Courses will also be cancelled if any of our staff experience any Covid-19 symptoms, including cold, sore throat and/or cough. If clients display symptoms during a training session then our staff will ask for a session to be abandoned and rescheduled to a later date.
Clients will be able to cancel booked appointments at short notice if they experience any Covid-19 symptoms. Cancellations must be made by 9.30am on the day of the course or training session. EC-PC will not be liable for any costs incurred due to cancellation.

Severance
