Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are used in almost every workplace – this basic course will give you confidence to start using each program. As well as covering the basic tools in Microsoft Word we’ll give you tips on how to improve your CV. You’ll also learn how to update and make basic changes to Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
£200 per person.
When does the course take place?
The course normally takes place over 4 mornings, Monday to Thursday (10.30am-1pm each day).
I can’t manage mornings, can the course run over 4 afternoons?
Yes, this can sometimes be arranged subject to availability.
How big is the class size?
Our courses are delivered to small friendly groups – up to 4 learners in a group.
Will I get course notes?
Yes, you’ll receive easy-to-follow course notes for future reference.
Will I receive a certificate at the end of the course?
Yes, you’ll receive the following certificate: EC-PC Word and Excel Beginners Workshop.
Are there any entry requirements?
You’ll need to have some basic IT skills, eg be familiar with most of the topics covered on our Basic Computer Skills Workshop.
