On this course you'll learn how to be more productive using Microsoft Word. You'll learn how to work effectively with documents and page layouts in Microsoft Word. We'll show you how to apply styles, and how they can be used to insert a Table of Contents. We'll also show you how to use mail merge tools and the core tools to create flow charts. We end the course covering ways to insert different types of hyperlinks and objects, and how to use content from other programs.

Duration
You’ll work through the video lessons at your own pace – you’ll get 12 months to complete the course so there’s plenty of time.
Certification
Once you have completed the video lessons we’ll send you a practical assessment. Pass the assessment and you’ll receive the following e-Certificate: EC-PC Microsoft Word Intermediate User.
Requirements
You’ll need some existing skills using Microsoft Word, eg be familiar with the majority of topics covered on our Microsoft Word Basic User course. To complete the course online you’ll need a Windows PC installed with Microsoft 365.
