On this course you'll learn how to be more productive using Microsoft Outlook. You'll learn how to use a variety of tools and time-saving techniques eg use flags, signatures, rules, categories and tasks. The course also covers e-mail management tools, how to use the Calendar and how to use content from other programs!

Requirements
Learners will need a Windows PC, with a reliable broadband connection, installed with Microsoft Office. Learners should have existing skills using Microsoft Outlook, eg be familiar with the majority of topics covered on our Microsoft Outlook Basic User course.
