On this course you'll learn how to be more productive using Microsoft Excel. We'll show you how to use tools to organise and visualise data. You'll increase your knowledge of using formulas and inserting functions - eg TODAY, SUM, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, IF etc. We end the course showing you the power of PivotTables to quickly summarise your data!

Training can be delivered all in 1 day, or over a period of time (eg 1 hour a week for 4 weeks).
Learn online or face-to-face
Training can be delivered remotely using Microsoft Teams, or face-to-face at our Aberdeen Training Centre. We can also provide customised onsite training for 1 or more delegates – please contact us for a quote.

Online self-paced learning
You’ll get 12 months access to work through the self-paced online course. You’ll be able to watch short bite-sized video lessons, download practice files and get tutor support if you need help.
Certification
If you complete the self-paced online course, you’ll then have the option to work through a practical assessment – pass the assessment and you’ll obtain the EC-PC Microsoft Excel Intermediate User Certificate.
Requirements
You’ll need some existing skills using Microsoft Excel, eg be familiar with the majority of topics covered on our Microsoft Excel Basic User course. To complete the course online you’ll need a Windows PC installed with Microsoft 365.
