How does the course work?
The course is made up of short lessons for each topic. Within each lesson you’ll be able to watch a short learning video and then download a practice exercise.
What support is available during the course?
We’ll provide e-mail support to answer your questions during the course. If you have any queries that need further explanation then we’ll help you by providing 1-to-1 tutor support using remote internet access – with your permission we can view your screen and provide assistance.
Will I require to have Microsoft Excel installed on my PC?
Yes, you’ll need to have Microsoft Excel 2010 installed in order to complete the practice exercises.
I don’t have a PC at home, will I be able to access the course using a library PC?
Yes, but check with your library to make sure their PCs are installed with Microsoft Excel 2010.
How much time will I get to complete the course?
You’ll be given up to 12 months online access to complete the course.
Will I get a certificate at the end of the course?
Yes, you’ll receive the following e-certificate: EC-PC Microsoft Excel Beginners Plus.
