During the course your EC-PC Tutor will answer any questions by email, but if necessary a quick 1-to-1 remote session can be arranged to cover any problem areas.
You'll need a Windows PC or Chromebook, with a reliable broadband connection.
The free online versions of Microsoft Word and Excel are used during the course - to use them you'll need to have a Microsoft Account and be able to login to www.outlook.com (ie have an email address ending with @outlook.com, @hotmail.com or @hotmail.co.uk).

If you complete all the lessons and pass an online assessment
you'll receive the EC-PC Digital Skills for Work Certificate.
The course has a flexible start date - you can join the course at any time.
You'll be able to access the online learning for 12 months from the start of the course.
